Update 4 of no soda
Six weeks. Six weeks of no soda and no cheating with even a diet soda. I honestly don't feel any different than I did before,except I am less winded and no stomach cramps. I am drinking low to zero calorie drinks and a lot of water. I pee a lot. I think I am going to revamp my eating plan (my body is used to the old one) and incorporate more workouts. I will post next time I can.
I won't give up on my no soda challenge. I have found peach green tea the most refreshing thing ever.
