So this week:

I am so late at blogging today! But I just have to say this weekend was Labor Day weekend! I felt like I ate and ate and I was for sure thinking I was not going to lose anything, but surprisingly... I am down a pound! I do have to say it was probably all the running around with my nephews and niece and all we had was diet soda. I only had one can of Coke. So that might have been it!

This week's goals are:

  • Gym
  • Track
  • No non diet soda!
